Hassle Free Returns

If you are not completely satisfied, fill out the Return and Exchange form on the back of your invoice. Send back any new or unused parts (excluding special order items) in their original box within 90 days to us, prepaid, for a credit or refund of the purchase price of the merchandise.

Freight charges are non-refundable. Liability is limited to the replacement of the defective part or refund of the original cost.

90 Days - Any product in our catalog that does not have a warranty listed will have a warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase. Our Commitment to Serving You!

Extended - Certain manufacturers offer extended warranties on their products. The Paddock gladly extends these terms to you. The terms and conditions of each warranty can be found in the catalog or by contacting a Customer Service representative.
